Tom Servo! Always nice to listen to your compositions Smiley

The thing is, this reminds me immediatly of Shaft Cheesy I can totally see this as some kind of 80's tv show intro music.

"I pity the fool" That doesn't like this! Wink (I know this is not a Shaft comment, but it feels appropriate)
3  Music By Jason Forums / Mod Projects / Underworld cancelled? on: April 30, 2007, 01:00:52 PM
I think Underworld might have been canceled, or frozen...

If that is the case, and Desmasic agrees, I could post the link to the music here if you guys want so you can check them out.

I think I finished all the songs necessary for the first part of the project (Unless Des is extremelly unhappy with the final result).

I depend on him now to provide some status Cheesy

Thanks,
Fernando

Ok that sounds cool! So 3 music in total right?

Can you send me something so I have an idea of what kind of sound to use? Videos from previous tournments, snapshots, anything helps.

Thanks,
Fernando

I would also be interested in this project if there is a need for a composer and if Steven is not going to work on it.

Do you still need a composer for this project? And if so, can you send me a link where I can see your music examples?

Thanks,

Nice work Tom!

I am listening to it right now... I like the bridge between what seems to be the narration to battle. The drums do a nice job of bridging and announcing the start of battle. I like the choir, but I think it would be nice if it came back before the action part fades out...

I assume the slow part towards the end is the end of civilization? It sounds dark but kinda sparse... meaning that it sounds like there is more to come? Is civilization really over? Wink

Very nice job! You said you were impressed by the caliber of composers here, I am sure people will listen to your song and think the same Cheesy

I thought this was amazing... they spent 6 months studying the sounds of the car, then they got singers to learn and do the same sounds (every singer performs a different part altogether) and then they had to learn and perform it.... amazing.
