So why doesn't anyone post in it anymore?

Hey there!

I think it's a combination of a few factors.

One being that Jason doesn't have as much time as he used to, to contribute posts to the forum. Plus, he's not legally allowed to discuss the project(s) he is currently working on, which probably makes him less eager to share.

And as moderator of the forums, I ran out of time to contribute to the community here.

I guess everyone has just drifted away, which is a shame. Sad

I hope it's something that can be turned around, and that we can return this place to the vibrant hub of musical discussion that it once was.

So it's not intended that this is a ghost forum; hopefully we can make it alive again. Smiley

Well that was a quick reply for a supposedly dead forum!  I think people are lurking, they just need to be encouraged to post more!  Maybe Jason could make a few posts to liven it up!

I really hope this is the case, and that we haven't lost everyone forever. Smiley

I'll see if I can get in touch with Jason; see if he has anything he can share.

I can't guarantee anything, though, because my impression is that he is constantly busy.

Here's hoping, though!

I don't understand that.  I am trying to get people to come back and post more and you delete it?  I am starting to see why this place is dead.

I didn't delete it. I moved to the appropriate subforum. Tongue

Sorry Melda. I Don't see any subforums actually.  I only see 3 and besides my post the last one on any of them was dated like Feb. 3.

Whoa.

That I didn't know.

Maybe the reason we've lost posters is because the boards have gone invisible??

I'll sign out and see what you mean.

Okay, I have now fixed this.

You're absolutely correct --- half of the subforums weren't even displaying!!

No wonder we've run out of posters. Sad

In a few minutes I'll merge these two threads.

But yeah: thank you very much for joining up, otherwise we wouldn't have noticed!

You know, I always wondered why there was never any sort of forum like this Round Table.  I always meant to ask and just never remembered.  Guess that explains it, now.

Glad to have you back, Melda!

Yeah, I feel kind of daft that I never noticed this before. Tongue I know why; because I'm always logged in with administrator access. But whatever the reasons for the settings being incorrect, at least they are fixed now. Smiley

And it's great to see this place returning to life! Cheesy

Well, we're a curious bunch.  All it takes are a couple new, mysterious forums, and a couple dark blue icons and we're hooked again.  Wink

Ooh, Shiny!!
